Bloodstone 6/8mm beads. Deep green beads with blood red flecks, occasional variations in the color green, occasional red or deep tan beads.  Semi-precious stone.

1 1/4" Latin cross, Sterling, double sided

Legend says Bloodstone was formed when drops of blood fell and stained jasper at the foot where Jesus was crucified. Some believe Bloodstone is a healing stone and is beneficial in overcoming distress or anxiety.
