Barbara Brown Taylor's themes arise from the particular feasts or fasts, as well as from the perennial questions of faith: doubt, grace, anger, and jubilation. These sermons are models of good preaching, but more than that they are simply great stories well told. Again and again Taylor opens the books of Scripture before our eyes and shows us their hidden glory and power to save and transform us. Cowley
