Medal St Andrew 1" Oval Sterling 24" Rhodium/Stainless Chain

1 x 5/8 inch satin and antique finish sterling silver St. Andrew oval medal on a 24 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a raised profile image of Saint Andrew on the front, who is shown praying with a book in his hand. On the top and bottom of the pendant are the words, "Saint Andrew Pray For Us". The back of the medal is blank with a brushed finish. Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box.

Saint Andrew was the brother of Saint Peter, and was called by Jesus at the same time Peter was. He is the Patron Saint of fisherman, as that was his occupation before becoming an apostle. He is also the Patron Saint of Greece, Russia, and Scotland.
